A blend of 50% Favorita, 25% Moscato, 20% Arneis and 5% Chardonnay, the Vino Bianco is a wine that can be enjoyed in virtually any scenario. We have found ourselves reaching for this on sunny summer Friday afternoons when the communal guac bowl begins to make the rounds. Winemaker Marco Tintero drinks this delicious dry frizzante over lunch between long hours of hard work in his steep vineyards. Different circumstances, sure, but we can all prize this crisp, floral-scented blend for the same reason: at just 11.5% alcohol, having more than one glass is not only tempting but unavoidable.
