Europe has had hundreds of years to determine which locations work best for which grapes - details like if the hillside faces the sun and how much fog forms in the morning. Each vine is planted for one reason - to make the best wine! This curated box features nine carefully chosen wines, four reds, three whites and two rosés.

Highlight includes a refreshing Rosé that has typical green strawberry and watermelon rind framed by a unique salted caramel note. Crisp, elegant and sinfully refreshing.

An energetic young woman and graduate oenologist, Aurélie Balaran follows in the footsteps of her father Jean-Marc, owner of the Escausses estate. This young winemaker brings us this refreshing Rosé.

Typical green strawberry and watermelon rind are framed by a unique salted caramel note. Crisp, elegant and sinfully refreshing. Best served chilled.

Perfect with prawn risotto, asparagus in Bearnaise sauce, and Duck l'Orange.
