Body: Light

Notes: Green guava, sour apple candy, white peach, and creamy yet crisp finish

Hint: Gaillac grew up around a Benedictine monastery in the Middle Ages. The monks took great care of the vineyards to make wine for religious purposes. Sometimes when I’m back home I use that ‘religious purposes’ line on my parents, too.
