100% Cabernet Franc: a weightier alternative to Burgundy, and a lighter alternative to Bordeaux. Smoky and earthy, with aromas of crunchy bright red fruits, chocolate, and pencil shavings leading on to a palate with high, fresh acidity offsetting the weighty intensity and firm, grainy tannins. Very engaging and complex.
