Pale pink in color and flavor with cara cara orange, pink grapefruit and raspberry sorbet notes abound. The palate is crisp yet fruity with more cutrus and berries and just a touch of ripe watermelon.
Veggie pizza, brie en croute, hummus and pita
Half of the grapes are handpicked and the other half mechanically from 50 year old vines. All grapes are then hand sorted with double selection before being pressed. After finishing his studies at Beaune in Burgundy, Julien Mus, the winemaker, returned to the Vaucluse and in 2005, after years of working in the cooperative, started Domaine de la Graveirette on his own, with quality being his goal. In 2012 he began working organically and soon after biodynamically, with the 2015 vintage certified by Demeter.

Deep pink in color and super floral on the nose with red flowers and peach blossoms. The palate is dripping with pomegranate and currant flavors, deep yet tart, and finishes with that classic almond-meets-cherry floral note that only Italian wines can achieve.

Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo was formed in 2010 to carve out a region for the brightly colored, cherry-red wines made in rosé or light red styles from the famed Montepulciano grape. By keeping skin contact to several hours instead of days the wines are able to retain their cherry colored hue and fllavors without getting too tannic or intense.
