Tasting Notes

Lemon-green in color with intense aromas of almond and orange flowers backed by a refreshing squeeze of citrus with grapefruit in the front and nectarine and pear in the back. Sweet herbs frame a palate of juicy citrus and fresh stone fruit and a lil touch of rosemary and thyme.

Montonega is a pink skinned grape similar to Parellada - the latter of which is known for it's role as one of the main grapes in Cava sparkling wines.

Tasting Notes

A white wine grown in the fertile volcanic soils of Mount Vulture in Italy (don’t worry, it’s an extinct volcano!) Intense and floral on the nose with a waxy perfume that leads into fruit flavors of lychee, pear, yellow citrus and hawthorn.

Le Canon du Bon Jaja

Tasting Notes

Fruity and a touch smoky, with blackberries in vanilla creme flavors mingling with typical Bordeaux notes of plum and cassis. Warm baking spice framing cherry jam mimics a fresh cherry pie in a glass with a hint of fresh roses.

The full label for this wine features an illustration of 6 naked people, looking throughly hungover. When we asked for the backstory they just laughed and said "it's a secret!"

Le Petit Coup Rouge

Interesting Fact

Located between the sea and the Thau Lagoon, Château du Donjon is located about 10 kilometres northeast of Carcassonne in the heart of Bagnoles. It was once the property of the monks of the abbey of Caunes-Minervois and was used as an outpost. It takes its name from the ancient castle at Bagnoles. The estate has been in the PANIS-MIALHE family since the 15th century, and still has its picturesque 13th century donjon.
