Is there an order minimum for the bulk order program?
To qualify for the bulk order program, you must place an order of 10+ boxes. You may mix and match boxes. A bulk order discount is applied to purchases of $1500+ (shipping & tax not included).
Can I customize the box and/or select the wines?
Customization and wine selection is not available at this time. You may add a personalized gift message for each box (up to 100 characters).
Can I purchase an e-gift or gift subscription for recipients?
E-gifts are not available at this time. Gift subscriptions are not available through the bulk order program.
Can I ship to multiple recipients in all states?
Boxes can be shipped to multiple addresses. At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are unable to ship to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah and Vermont. We are also unable to ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.
Please note that we are unable to hold purchased boxes longer than 150 days without shipping. After 150 days, remaining boxes will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
When will my order ship and how can I track it?
Once payment is received, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and up to 10 business days in transit for ground shipping. We also offer 2-day and Overnight shipping. Once your order ships, a member of the bulk order team will email you with tracking information.
