A more complex wine from La Mancha with persistent notes of strawberry jam and wild flower. The palate adds a touch of balsamic and licorice to the red fruits and blends some dark cherry into that strawberry jam note.

Brambley and bright with a Juicy Juice mix of red, black and purple berry flavors. A hint of spice joins in on the palate along with fresh strawberry and mulberry.

Tastes like

This Sicilian white boasts orange peel and spring flower notes - a welcome scent in the colder months. Yellow apple flavors and bright lemon notes round out the wine.

Situated in what they describe as "a place of extraordinary beauty," the Contrada Sulleria vineyard in Rodi Milici overlooks a picture-perfect view of the Mediterranean Sea. Once occupied by Julius Caesar, because he was a fan of the wines made by the Mamertime people, the area is truly breathtaking.

Tastes like

Carignan is much more than its typical spicy complexity, and when it's not blended and made purely of carignan, the wine can show off its ripe strawberry and plum aromas and tart cranberry flavors with little hints of savory herbs. Like a light bodied CA zinfandel but with more rusticity and wildness to the nose.

Tastes like

Fruity on the nose and palate, this gamay has a touch more weight thanks to some fruit sourcing from cru Brouilly. The nose is all creamed berries and bramble that translates to flavors of baked cherry pie, super ripe strawberries, sweet herb tea and enough spice and grip to let you know it’s French. Pro Tip: put a slight chill on this one before drinking.

Grapes --100% Falanghina



Tastes like

Fermented in oak barrels with light battonage (stirring on the lees) for extra body and texture. The nose is ripe with exotic fruits like pineapple, mango and papaya sprinkled with lime zest and nestled in a hollowed out grapefruit with tangerine wedges and little white flowers all around. The palate carries all of these fun fruity flavors and adds soft almond and a hint of a salty sea breeze.

Scallops with parsley butter, lemon pepper wings, caprese salad

Puglia makes up the southern portion or the "heel" of the boot that is Italy. Best known by locals for it's whitewashed beaches and crystal clear waters, the wines coming from the region also evoke towels on the beach.

Black currant, farmer's market fresh plum and dark sweet cherry flavors are then backed up by cracked black pepper and a hint of mint.

Basically "Minervois lite," Cotetaux de Peyriac is the IGP name for the wines grown along the ridges of the Montagne Noir just like famous Minervois. However these wines do not have to be made to the the exact rigid specfications that Minervois wines do.

Tastes like

Slightly acidic, flush with fruit and soft on the palate - the trifecta for a “little white French sipper.” Chamomile and yellow apple flavors dominate before petite white flowers and a touch of crisp acid wrap it up.

The Clamoux terroir, which is composed of clay and limestone hillsides and gravelly terraces, is home to the Château du Donjon vineyard, which is therefore located in an area that combines the Mediterranean climate with the characteristics of the Atlantic Ocean. This one benefits from the AOC Minervois and Cabardès which allow to propose an original blend that forms wines with a perfect balance and a great complexity.

Tastes like

A pure expression of the native grape Aglianico made in a lush, juicy style. Plum, blackberry, cherry and blueberry flavors surround a core of violet-scented raspberry. It sounds like a lot, but all of these flavors are wrapped up in a silky-yet-robust everyday red.

Tastes like

Deep garnet color boasting intense scents of red fruits and whiffs of vanilla tinged berries. There's a bramble twig undergrowth note in there along with some spicy hints from the wood aging.

Gaillac has been making wine for well over 2,000 years. Originally one of the growing regions of the Gaul along with Hermitage and Cote-Rotie, the grapes here were imported by The Phoenicians during the 4th century BC.
