Composed mainly of viognier, a grape known for being super aromatic with flowering peaches and orange blossoms, tamed by bourboulenc, a leaner more acid forward varietal. Flavors of both underripe and ripe white peach with pear and sweet almond aromas set it up while acacia flower and stony minerality seal the deal.
Better known in the past for its truffles than its wine, this Northernmost region of the Southern Rhone valley is an area as rich in natural history as it is in cultural history. Roman engineering brought olive and almond trees while Mother Nature provided stones made smooth by the river Rhone for the lizards to perch upon.

Tucked away down several side streets, Domaine Saint Luc has quietly been producing quality wines since 2 winemaking couples came together in 2006. Must've been one hell of a double date. The vineyard is mostly clay-limestone with tons of pebbles, the perfect environment for minerally whites.
